Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase provided they have not already been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom or Special Orders

Orders for custom-designed valve caps or bulk/wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and full name. We will do our best to stop the order before it is processed.

Refunds of Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped before your cancellation request is received, you may need to follow our Refund Policy once the item arrives.
