Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom products
  • Any items marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable on returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
