Will these fit my car?
Yes, our valve caps and CNC parts are designed to fit all standard valve stems, which are used on 99% of cars, bikes, and even wheelbarrows. If your vehicle has tires, it’ll probably fit.
Are these just for looks?
Nope, while they definitely turn heads, they also protect your valve stems from dirt, dust, and corrosion.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How long will it to received my order?
All our orders are dispatched from Billet Labz HQ on weekdays. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Typical delivery windows are:
New Zealand : 1–3 business days
Australia: 2–8 business days
USA: 6–13 business days
United Kingdom: 6–13 business days
*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, you got the wrong item or you are just not happy, let us know, we’ll make it right.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We can create custom valve cap designs for clubs, businesses, events, or personal ideas. Our minimum order is 20 sets. Simply send your design idea, logo, or concept to hello@billetlabz.com and the team will help bring it to life and guide you through the process.
Can valve caps corrode or seize?
Billet Labz valve caps are made from high-quality aluminium and designed to last. However, in regions where roads are salted during winter, corrosion can possibly occur on any metal valve cap over time. If you live in these areas, we recommend applying a small amount of grease or anti-seize to the threads, or simply loosening and retightening the caps every 6 months to prevent them sticking. This quick step helps keep them easy to remove and looking great.
My caps got stolen. Now what?
Our advice: take it as a compliment. But seriously we recommend checking your local car groups or installing anti-theft options (we’re working on those too).
